The Esther project

“The Esther Project”, seeks to build up young women aged 15-25 as disciple-makers in many nations. The project encourages prayer for young women to connect the word of God with their real lives, find their identity in Christ and walk in his light. It is equipping women through prayer, training and written resources for God’s Spirit to work in small groups.

Fiona Richardson

Fiona Richardson, along with her husband, Philip, lives at OMS headquarters in Greenwood, Indiana, where they are fulfilling God’s call to equip leaders around the world. They have two adopted daughters from Tanzania.

Fiona comes with a ministry training degree from England and 19 years of full-time ministry experience in Youth and Children’s work, Bible teaching, and writing discipleship and training materials. After several years of working in Tanzania, East Africa, she is continuing some of the work that God laid on her heart there through the “Esther Project” which creates opportunities and provides teaching resources to young women in Africa.

Fiona also has a real heart for prayer and serves as the Titus Women Lydia Prayer coordinator.
